2. Subject of the Contract
These General Terms and Conditions hereinafter referred to as Terms regulate the rights and obligations related to purchases made through the Hungarykum Perfumery online store hereinafter referred to as the Webshop.
The Webshop primarily offers perfumes fragrances and related accessories which can be ordered online with home delivery or delivery to parcel pickup points.
Any individual or legal entity using the Webshop services hereinafter referred to as the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions by placing an order.
3. Ordering and Purchase Process
The Customer selects the desired product on the product page and adds it to the cart using the Add to Cart button.
On the Cart page the Customer can review and modify the order.
To finalize the order the Customer must provide shipping and billing information and choose a payment method.
By submitting the order the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Order confirmation is automatically sent by email.
The contract between the Customer and Hungarykum Perfumery is concluded when the confirmation email is received.
4. Payment Methods
Hungarykum Perfumery provides the following payment methods
Credit or Debit Card Payment through Shopify Payments PayPal or Stripe
Cash on Delivery payment to the courier upon delivery
Bank Transfer based on prior agreement
The Customer is required to complete payment using the selected payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is carried out through trusted logistics partners of Hungarykum Perfumery.
Available shipping methods
GLS home delivery
FoxPost parcel locker delivery
Personal pickup if available
Average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the order value shipping method and destination.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason under the following conditions.
The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened unused products due to hygiene reasons.
The Customer must notify their intention to withdraw via email at info@hungarykum.com.
The product must be returned by the Customer at their own expense to the provided return address.
After inspection of the returned product Hungarykum Perfumery will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.8. Felelősségkorlátozás
A Hungarykum Parfüméria nem vállal felelősséget:
harmadik fél által okozott technikai hibákért,
szállítás közbeni késedelemért vagy vis maior esetekért,
a Vásárló által hibásan megadott adatokból eredő problémákért.
7. Warranty and Complaints
Hungarykum Perfumery provides warranty and product guarantee in accordance with applicable laws.
In case of a complaint the Customer is requested to send a detailed description of the issue along with photos to info@hungarykum.com.
For defective or damaged products Hungarykum Perfumery may provide a replacement or refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hungarykum Perfumery shall not be held responsible for
technical errors caused by third parties
delays in delivery due to logistics providers or force majeure events
issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable GDPR regulations and Hungarian data protection laws.

11.Miscellaneous Provisions
Purchases made through the Webshop are conducted in Hungarian and the contract is considered a written electronic agreement which is archived electronically.
The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and will publish any changes on the website.
